Please read these terms carefully before using the 77ca platform. This document serves as a legally binding agreement between you and us.
77ca is an online betting and casino platform built for players in Bangladesh. This terms and conditions document ("Terms") governs the legal relationship between you ("User" or "Member") and 77ca ("we", "us", "Platform"). Registering an account or using any service on the Platform means you have read and accepted these terms in full.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.2 Single Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same person, household, address, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed.
2.3 Registration Information
All information provided during account registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information is a breach of your agreement with 77ca and may result in account suspension. If any details change, you must notify our customer support immediately.

3.1 Deposit Rules
Only the member's own payment account may be used to deposit funds into 77ca. Deposits made through third parties are not accepted. If a deposit is not correctly credited to your account, contact our customer support immediately.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:
- The account must be fully verified.
- All applicable wagering requirements must be met.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
77ca may request additional verification documents if needed, particularly for large withdrawals.
3.3 Bank Transfer
For deposits and withdrawals via bank transfer, accounts at major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank are accepted. Processing times for bank transfers may depend on the bank's working hours.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
77ca offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳2,000 — total balance ৳3,000.
- Deposit ৳16,000 and receive a bonus of ৳15,000 (maximum cap) — total balance ৳31,000.
The bonus amount will not exceed ৳15,000 under any circumstances.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times and is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own specific terms, which are communicated at the time the bonus is announced.
- Each bonus may only be claimed once per account.
- 77ca reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse or fraud is detected.
- 77ca reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
VIP Program & Cashback
5.1 VIP Levels
77ca's VIP program has five levels. Members advance to higher levels gradually based on their activity:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
- Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
5.2 VIP Cashback Terms
Weekly cashback is credited to eligible members' accounts every Monday. A separate wagering requirement applies to cashback — details will be provided in the VIP section. 77ca reserves the right to change VIP level criteria.
Prohibited Activities
6.1 Fraud and Cheating
The following activities are strictly prohibited. If detected, the account will be immediately closed and deposited funds may be forfeited:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Playing using software, bots, or automated systems.
- Unfairly exploiting bonuses or promotions.
- Using third-party payment accounts.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the Platform.
- Engaging in money laundering or illegal activities.
6.2 Account Suspension and Termination
If involvement in any of the above activities is found, 77ca reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice. In such cases, any balance in the account may be forfeited.
